Our competency-based approach

When we interview you, we usually use competency-based questions to assess your abilities against the role you’re applying for. It’s one of the ways we determine whether you’re right for us and we’re right for you. Ideally we’d like to hear examples of when you’ve demonstrated these competencies in the past.
