Store roles are shift-based, with full-time roles working 5 out of every 7 days (this can include early mornings and late evenings, so you need to be flexible). You can only apply using our online recruitment system. It’s easy to follow and it’s right here on this website. In line with our equal opportunties policy, we don’t accept speculative CVs or applications sent or handed into our stores or Support Centre and they will be shredded in line with our DPA policy.

First you get an email confirming that we’ve received your application. Then, if you make it to the next stage, we email you to invite you to a phone interview or assessment. After that, we inform you of our decision, again by email, as soon as we can, and take it from there. If you’ve not been successful, we’ll email you to let you know.

Yes you can. Just make sure you log in with the username and password you used when you very first applied.

Just apply for the vacancy online, the same as everyone else. This keeps your records updated and creates a level playing field.

An unsuccessful initial application usually means that you don’t match our requirements for that particular role, so please think long and hard before applying for the same role again. If you’re unsuccessful following your interview or assessment, please wait 6 months before applying again. This gives you time to digest our feedback and know what to do better next time.
